5. Pricing Policy
5.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website include VAT at the legal rate in
force. Shipping costs are applied per order. The exact price of
Shipping will depend on the country where your order will be delivered. For more

5.2 The total price specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and
shipping costs.
Trendy Planet Generation reserves the right to change prices without notice.

7. Deliveries, Deadlines, Warranties and Liability
7.1 All orders are shipped within 3 working days after payment,
by registered mail or courier.
7.2 Upon receipt of the order, check the external conditions of the
packaging, and in case of visible damage, these must be reported to the
Transport Bill which is signed and returned to the carrier. By accepting the
order, it is considered to be in good condition.
7.3 In case of return to the sender because the
order, for incorrect or insufficient address, the reshipment will only be made
upon repayment of shipping costs.
7.4 Any claim of non-receipt of the order must be made
within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of placing the order.
After this period, Trendy Planet Generation is not responsible for the
removal of the same.
7.5 Trendy Planet Generation shall not be liable for non-compliance, or
defaults in performance, of any obligation that is due to an event
of force majeure, that is, to an event, act or omission, outside its
control.
8. Satisfaction Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can
communicate your dissatisfaction and proceed with the return of the product(s)
(with the respective refund of the amount paid being made) within 14
days from their receipt, provided that they are in the same
condition in which they were delivered (including the original packaging), leaving
the return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. For more information, see

9. Copyright Policy
The contents published on this website under the Trendy Planet brand
Generation, are protected by copyright, so any
reproduction of the same requires prior authorization from the author.

5. Prices

(VAT). Despite all efforts, it is possible that price information on the website
contains errors. As such, if the real price is less than the advertised one,
Trendy Planet Generation will return the difference paid. If the price is higher,
Trendy PLanet Generation informs the Customer by e-mail and waits for his
decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order within 15 days from
the date on which it was communicated to the Customer. Trendy Planet
Generation reserves the right to change prices without notice. Please note

7. Delivery Times, Warranty and Liability
7.1 All orders are shipped within 3 working days, upon payment receipt, and
operated by a professional logistics company.
7.2 The customer must inspect the packaging for possible damage when it is
delivered. If the customer finds that the products are damaged, they must not
accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. A delivery is
considered to have been accepted once the delivery is signed upon receipt at
the indicated address.
7.3 In the case of a package being returned because it was not claimed or
because of insufficient/incorrect address, a new shipment will only be made
upon payment of the correspondent shipping costs.
7.4 Any claim for non-receipt of the order must be made within a maximum of
30 days from the date the order was placed. After this period, Trendy Planet
Generation cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
7.5 Trendy Planet Generation shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay
in performing, any obligation that is due to an event of force majeure, i.e. an
event, act or omission, beyond Trendy Planet Generation's reasonable control.
8. Costumer Satisfaction Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you
can expose your intention and proceed with the return of the item(s), being
totally refund, within 14 days after receiving them, as long as it present itself in
the same state as when it was purchased (including original tag), but the
