The sale of goods through the website trendyplanetgeneration.com is made under the name TRENDY PLANET GENERATION, through the Portuguese company Trendy Planet Unipessoal, Lda with headquarters at Avenida do Bessa, 161, 4.º Dto, 4100-012 Porto and VAT number 517174057.

2. General Commercial Policy
Any person, singular or collective, that intends to access to this website and purchase the products provided by Trendy Planet Generation must accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. 

3. Items, Technical descriptions and Images
Trendy Planet Generation provides a brief description of each products, whenever information is considered relevant. This information may be complemented by technical datasheet when supplied by its retailer. If you have any doubt, please contact us by e-mail to info@trendyplanetgeneration.com. Due to different computer monitors and mobile devices calibrations, colours may vary slightly from the picture.

4. Personal Data Protection Policy
The collection of personal data, by Trendy Planet Generation, is exclusively intended for processing orders, billing and statistical purposes. Trendy Planet Generation, in compliance with Portuguese Law, takes a privacy and security commitment in processing and maintenance of personal data of each Costumer. 5. Prices
The prices of products displayed on this site include the value added tax (VAT). Despite all efforts, it is possible that price information on the website contains errors. As such, if the real price is less than the advertised one, Trendy Planet Generation will return the difference paid. If the price is higher, Trendy PLanet Generation informs the Customer by e-mail and waits for his decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order within 15 days from the date on which it was communicated to the Customer. Trendy Planet Generation reserves the right to change prices without notice. Please note that shipping costs are not included. For more information, see Shipping Costs.

6. Payment Methods
Users of this website can choose the payment methods available in Payment Methods section. We do not accept any other payment method than those mentioned.

7. Delivery Times, Warranty and Liability
7.1 All orders are shipped within 3 working days, upon payment receipt, and operated by a professional logistics company.
7.2 The customer must inspect the packaging for possible damage when it is delivered. If the customer finds that the products are damaged, they must not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. A delivery is considered to have been accepted once the delivery is signed upon receipt at the indicated address.
7.3 In the case of a package being returned because it was not claimed or because of insufficient/incorrect address, a new shipment will only be made upon payment of the correspondent shipping costs.
7.4 Any claim for non-receipt of the order must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date the order was placed. After this period, Trendy Planet Generation cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
7.5 Trendy Planet Generation shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing, any obligation that is due to an event of force majeure, i.e. an event, act or omission, beyond Trendy Planet Generation's reasonable control

8. Costumer Satisfaction Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you can expose your intention and proceed with the return of the item(s), being totally refund, within 14 days after receiving them, as long as it present itself in the same state as when it was purchased (including original tag), but the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 9. Copyright Policy
The content of this website under the brand Trendy Planet Generation is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction of the images requires an authorization from the author. An unauthorized or commercial use of copyrighted material may lead to legal action.

10. Conflict Resolution
These terms and conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these general terms and conditions, including their validity, use of the site or any purchase, must be governed by Portuguese Law. For more information, please see Portal do Consumidor (www.consumidor.pt).
