SHIPPING

In orders for mainland Portugal with a value equal to or greater than €65, shipping is free.
For orders worth less than €65, for mainland Portugal, and for another location, regardless of the value of the order, the value of postage is calculated based on the weight (actual or volumetric) and the country and/or
delivery region.

Shipping Costs

Within Portugal (mainland), shipping costs are free on orders over 65€.
To Portugal (mainland) on all orders under the above value, or to other

Orders are shipped within 3 working days, upon payment receipt. We do not
guarantee these timings during promotions, sales and Christmas.
The delivery address might not be the invoice address. You can choose to
receive your order at your workplace but ask that the invoice address be yours

to receive your order.
The customer must inspect the packaging for possible damage when it is
delivered. If the customer finds that the products are damaged, they must not
accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. delivery is
considered to have been accepted once the delivery is signed upon receipt at

In the case of a package being returned because it was not claimed or
because of insufficient/incorrect address, a new shipment will only be made
upon payment of the corresponding shipping costs.
